『研究生組』：國內外大專院校碩、博士生學術研究論文。
Postgraduate students: papers or thesis by the postgraduate students from Domestic or oversees universities
『社會研究組』：國內外大專院校老師、研究員、助理、醫療產業學術研究者、其他專業相關人士學術研究。
Non-student participants: Faculty members, researchers, research assistants, researchers or other professionals in health administration.
『醫院實務組』：國內醫療產業職員工，醫院實務工作之流程改善、品質管理、績效管理等實務經驗分享。
Practitioners in Health administration: staff members, practitioners from health institutions sharing experiences in workflow improvement, quality assurance, and performance monitoring, etc.
